A Study of Blocking Factor in Tumoricidal Activity of Mice

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to investigate in vitro tumor-specific inhibition of tumor-specific cell-mediated cytotoxicity by any" region of serum protein from mice; we performed disc electrophoresis and in vitro crocytotoxicity inhibition test by means of 60th from normal and tumor bearings mice; and" that immunofluorescence technique- was carried out to observe morphologically coating, of the region of swum. protein- from. mice on the- surface of tumor cell.
The results were as follows:
1. α-1 region of serum protein of ´the sera from mice bearing Ehrlich carcinoma (ascites and solid forms) was dissappeared.
2. Sera . from normal- mice had an crocytotoxicity-inhibitory activity of immune lymphocytes on target tumor cells in vitro.
3. Serum α-1 region was coated on the surf are of Ehrlich ascites and. solid tumor cells.
